Two Master bedrooms with full baths (one has ocean view), sun balconies, and half bath downstairs with down filled queen sofa sleeper. Outside patio has a warm outdoor shower, furniture and gas BBQ. All linens, beach towels & beach chairs provided. High speed wireless Internet, three TVs, Cable, DVDs, VCR, PS2, book and DVD library are available. This home is fully equipped for your vacation enjoyment. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4-6 and ready for you to relax at the beach!

	OTHER INFORMATION: Centrally located, Blacks Beach Retreat is 6 houses from the private end of Twin Lakes Beach. Great local restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Sailing, kayaking, volleyball, surfing and sun bathing are just steps away. Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Wharf, Capitola Village and Pacific Garden Mall are just a 5 minute drive.
	LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Washer & Dryer provided
	PARKING: 2 in driveway, 2 street permits.
	PETS: Pets considered with additional cleaning fee. Deep cleaning is required for those with allergies.
	LINENS: All luxury linens, down quilts and beach towels provided.
	CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: 3 pm check in and 11 am check out
	SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 fully refundable security deposit required to block off dates. 10% hotel tax and $100 cleaning fee added. Rates subject to change without notice. Call for monthly rates.
