Happiest 30th Birthday to my Beautiful coworker Jessica today! We love her so! She is such a beautiful soul!🎂♥️🥰🥳🎁. Blessed to have her as a dear friend and coworker. Jessica is not only Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant but also a talented portrait photographer who has taken all my pictures for my head shots over the years.

Growth of the soul is our goal, and there are many ways to encourage that growth, such as through love, nature, healing our wounds, forgiveness, and service. The soul grows well when giving and receiving love. I nourish my soul daily by loving others and being vulnerable to their love. One of my favorite things to do at the hospital that I don't get to do too often are job analysis and workstation ergonomics / modifications. Takes me back to my UW Madison days of hand UE treatment and work comp cases. Some of my favorite things to treat as an Occupational Therapist. Prevention is so important with repetitive and work-related injuries.#occupationaltherapy #ergonomics #prevention

After two months, my workout buddy is back from being in the Bahamas and working out East at a contract. She brought me a present from her trip to the Bahamas. She gave it to me with a warning of do not eat this before driving or going to work lol. She said it would be a perfect treat to eat while price tagging all my products for Yellowstone. It would make it go so much faster she said lol🍺😂. It was good to have her back in the gym with me kicking my butt into gear. Not sure if I will be able to walk tomorrow. Maybe the cake will help lol👏🏃♀️ 🍰
