Your typical standard hotel, nothing too crazy but that still gets the job done. A little pricy for its location but the room was clean and would return again.

This experience was a result of poor due diligence on my part. Had I checked Trip Advisor FIRST I would not even been writing this because I would not have stayed here. The smell in the lobby is a combo of musk tinged with I don’t know what but it follows you to your room. We realized there was NO elevator and we had a handicapped individual with us. We had to go back and change to a bottom floor room. In the room (Room 141) water stains were on the ceiling and there was soiled/stained towels and pillowcases (I wasn’t about to find out which). There were stains on the lamps (looked like mildew stains), just eww! The toilet seat slid out from under you and can we talk about the lack of Kleenex at the sink but I’m pretty sure it’s because it had been shoved into the bathroom wall (pics provided). Something brown was all over the bathroom floor, entry area and on the bathroom walls. I had to use a wet hand towel to mop the floor it was so gross (see pic). The shower head was crusted and caked. The gym was a disaster and really a sign should have been up stating “unavailable/being renovated”because, well, just look at the pictures. As far as safety goes: We drop some of our luggage in the room and came back late that night only to realize the rooms sliding window was unlocked (on the bottom floor anyone could have crawled in). The entrance door to our room as well as the bathroom door had to be lifted then pulled to get it closed and open (if there was a fire I would be worried someone more frail would have a hard time getting out). There was what looked like construction debris outside our window and the next room down had broken glass all over the ground. I am at a loss of how they have a 96 rating and this place should be shut down until they disinfect and repair this location. This place is is a dumpster fire, inside of a runaway train, during an earthquake. NASTY, sleep in your car instead, seriously.

Bugs. Cigarette burn marks and stains on the linens. A manager that said it was our problem, doors propped open for short term visitors, smells were horrible and more. Terrible place!! The front desk worker was clearly high as a kite. He said it was our problem and he doesn’t issue refunds.

Room was in need of some serious maintenance lock busted on door huge water stains in ceiling outlet covers missing screws unsure how it was even staying on the wall in bathroom was over priced for the condition of room and building wouldn't have stayed but was exhausted from traveling all day

We did not even check in. Musty smelling thorough out, room was worse smelling. Service very unprofessional with little kids at front desk and a grandmother in sitting area. There should be some kind of inspection for these hotels and shut them down til they comply with at least cleanliness !! Disgusting and nasty.

If I could have chosen zero stars would have without hesitation. The place is disgustingly filthy and the desk clerk, sits outside the establishment smoking cigarettes with absolutely no regard for patrons. Would not recommend to anyone. Sleep in your car..

DO NOT STAY THERE! Dirty, stinks really bad, there’s no costumer service at all! Guys at the front desk not helpful at all either! Please go somewhere else! I will not be going back to this hotel. Not recommended.

Do to a personal matter I was NOT able to travel for work. I made my reservation at 7:50am on 8/8/22 and then found out at around 9:45am also on 8/8/22, I had a personal family matter (a death) and I had to cancel. I spoke to the General Manager (John) and he said I CANNOT cancel my reservation. I then called the corporate office for Choice Hotels and they were NOT able to assist me. I am TRULY disappointed in the handling of this issue that is OUT OF MY CONTROL!!!!

Where do I start?! I was told there were no wash clothes at check in when I asked in my reservation for 5 of them for my family. It’s Memorial weekend and the pool isn’t opened. The dining room, isn’t being used for the breakfast the hotel advertises. It’s a storage area. The conference room is pretty much the same. The lock for the room door was broken along with the toilet seat. I won’t make your skin crawl with the other details. The only bright spot was the cleaning staff of mother and daughter. That was the only hospitality shown. We left before our checkout day.
